1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to the Tribgo website and the waitlist on it. Tribgo is an independent project being built by a small team, not an incorporated company. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site - no hard feelings.

2. What Tribgo is right now

Today, Tribgo is a website describing a product that is still being built, plus a waitlist. The matching, crews, chat and pinned locations described on this site do not exist yet as a usable service.

We're saying that plainly because it matters: nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a working product will exist on a particular date, in a particular city, or at all.

3. The waitlist

Joining is free. In return we'll email or message you when Tribgo launches in your city.

What joining does not get you:

• A guaranteed launch in your city, or on any timeline.
• A guaranteed position, invite order or numbered place in a queue.
• A guaranteed price. Early members are intended to use Tribgo free, and we'll tell waitlist members first if that ever changes for some features - but intentions aren't contracts.

You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us.

4. Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• Submit somebody else's name, email or phone number without their knowledge.
• Submit the form automatically, in bulk, or in a way designed to flood it.
• Try to break, probe or overload the site or the services behind it.
• Scrape, copy or republish the site's content as your own.

We may block submissions or visitors that do any of the above.

5. Safety, once Tribgo is live

This part is forward-looking, and it's the most important clause here. Tribgo is designed to help you meet people you don't already know, in order to do physical activities together. That carries real risk, and you should read it as such.

• We do not perform background checks on people who use Tribgo, and we cannot vouch for anyone you meet through it.
• Sport carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own fitness, equipment and insurance.
• Venues, courts and grounds are run by third parties. Their fees, rules, cancellations and safety are theirs, not ours.
• Use ordinary caution: meet in public places, tell someone where you're going, and leave if something feels off.

6. Your content

What you type into the waitlist form stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy - contacting you about launch, and deciding which city and category comes next. Nothing more.

7. Our content

The Tribgo name, logo, wordmark, copy and design on this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to the site or share it - please don't pass it off as your own or use the branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.

8. Third-party services

The waitlist form is delivered by EmailJS, visit statistics come from Google Analytics, and the site runs on a third-party hosting provider. Their outages, bugs or terms are outside our control. If a submission fails, nothing has been recorded - please try again or email us directly. See the Privacy Policy for what each of them actually receives.

9. No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We don't promise it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that any information on it will stay accurate as the product changes.

10. Where responsibility sits

Use this site and the waitlist at your own discretion. We aren't responsible for knock-on losses from using them - a missed message, a plan that didn't happen, a launch that took longer than you hoped.

That isn't us disclaiming everything: some responsibilities can't be signed away and we're not trying to. It's a small pre-launch website, and we'd rather say plainly what it is than bury it.

11. Changes

We'll update these terms as Tribgo becomes a real product, and the date at the top will change with them. If we change something material and you're on the waitlist, we'll tell you.

If something here doesn't sit right, or you want off the waitlist, email contact@tribgo.com and we'll sort it out directly. A real person reads it.
